These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering, browsing or applying for jobs on the Includability Job Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or false content
  • Infringe any third-party rights
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or performance of the Service
  • Use automated scraping, harvesting or data-mining tools without consent

4. Inclusive Access and Adjustments

4.1 We believe everyone deserves access to meaningful work. Employers are encouraged to offer reasonable adjustments to applicants who require them.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this site, including logos, branding, graphics, and code, is owned by us or licensed to us.
5.2 You may view and download content for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.
5.3 By submitting content (e.g. a CV), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and share it with potential employers.
